This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the LAUNCHONTOFI website uses, what they are for and how you can manage your choices. For general information on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

This English text is an adaptation for international customers. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version (Çerez Politikası) prevails.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They make the site work, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. In this policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as browser local storage (localStorage) and pixels.
By duration:
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
By source, there are first-party cookies set by our site and third-party cookies set by the services we use.

Strictly necessary cookies
Without these the site does not work properly; for example, the skateboards, scooters or parts in your cart would disappear when you change pages. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off. Your selections in the Build Your Board tool are kept in the page link; when you add a setup to the cart, it is stored in your browser as part of the cart record.
Analytics cookies
We currently do not use any analytics cookies or analytics service. If we decide to use an analytics service in the future to improve the site, the provider’s name, purpose and cookie durations will be added to this policy, and analytics cookies and related scripts will be loaded only if you give consent in the cookie banner.
Marketing cookies
We currently do not use any marketing or advertising cookies. If we use them in the future, this policy will be updated and they will also be activated only with your consent.
Cookie list
Our site currently uses only the following first-party records. They are kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.

How consent works
On your first visit you will see a cookie banner where you can:
- Accept all cookies,
- Continue with strictly necessary cookies only (reject all),
- Choose analytics and marketing categories individually.
Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you consent. “Reject” is offered as easily as “Accept”. Simply continuing to use the site does not count as consent.
You can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. After you withdraw consent, the relevant cookies are no longer used; you can delete cookies already stored through your browser settings.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as the cart and checkout may not work. Instructions are available in the help pages of common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Transfers abroad
Our site is hosted on Spaceship infrastructure, whose servers may be located outside Turkey. The records listed above are kept only in your browser, but technical data generated when you visit the site (for example, your IP address) may be processed on the hosting servers. These transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 KVKK, primarily on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contracts) and, where that is not possible, on the basis of your explicit consent. If we use an analytics or marketing service that processes data abroad in the future, the cookie banner will also inform you about the transfer abroad and the consent required for it will be obtained separately. Changes
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. For significant changes, such as adding a new category, we will ask for your consent again via the cookie banner. The current version is always available on this page.
