PRE-INFORMATION FORM

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before you confirm your order. For orders placed by email, WhatsApp or phone, this form is sent to you by email or WhatsApp, completed with your order details, before you pay. By confirming the order by email or WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this form.

This English text is an adaptation for international customers. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu) prevails.

2. Key features and price of the products

The order summary shows each product’s name, key features (for example, deck width and length, wheel hardness and diameter, scooter type, recommended age and height range, size, colour), quantity and unit and total price including taxes.

• Product images are illustrative. Wood grain and print tones on maple decks may vary slightly.
• The recommended rider age and height range for scooter models are stated on the product page.

Shipping policy: shipping is free for orders of 1,000 ₺ or more; a flat shipping fee of 129 ₺ applies to orders below this amount. We currently ship only within Turkey; for international orders accepted individually, customs duties and import costs are borne by the buyer.

Validity of the offer: prices are valid until the order is confirmed; the price shown on screen at confirmation applies.

4. Payment

• Payment method: bank transfer / EFT. Payment is made to the bank account stated in the order confirmation, after your order has been confirmed by email and you have approved this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

5. Delivery

• Delivery: within Turkey only, by the Seller’s contracted courier companies.
• Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of payment reaching the Seller’s account.
• Estimated delivery time: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery may not exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days from the Seller’s receipt of the order.
• The product is delivered to the address and person stated in the order. If nobody is available at the address, the carrier’s procedure applies.
• Complete skateboards and boards ordered assembled through Build Your Board are dispatched within 2–4 business days due to assembly and inspection.

6. Right of withdrawal

• You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving a reason and without any penalty. If products arrive separately, the period starts when the last one is received.
• Send your withdrawal notice within the period, in writing or on a durable medium, to contact@launchontofi.com.
• You must send the product back within 10 days of your notice. Return shipping is free; we send you a return code for our contracted courier company.
• Within 14 days at the latest of receiving your notice, we refund the total amount you paid, including delivery costs, using your payment method (for bank transfer / EFT payments, to the bank account you provide) and without charging you any fee.
• You are not liable for changes or deterioration resulting from using the product in line with its instructions.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and complete. Decks with griptape applied or that have been ridden, and ridden skateboards and scooters, are treated as used and are not accepted as withdrawal returns; your rights regarding defective goods remain.

7. Cases where withdrawal does not apply

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, among other cases, there is no right of withdrawal for:

• Goods prepared in line with your requests or personal needs,
• Goods whose protective packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

In particular:

• Boards created with Build Your Board: As they are prepared to your selections, they may count as goods prepared in line with your personal needs under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the right of withdrawal may not apply to these orders. Your rights in case of defects or assembly errors always remain; the related costs are borne by the Seller.
• Helmets, protective gear and textiles: These can be returned only if the hygiene seal, tape or packaging has not been opened.

8. Defective goods and warranty

For defective products you may use one of the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. For defective products, shipping and return costs are borne by the Seller. Products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. Decks broken during tricks, normal wear of parts such as wheels, bearings and griptape, damage from falls and impacts, and faults caused by incorrect assembly by the buyer are not covered.

In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits to the Consumer Court (subject to the mandatory mediation requirement where applicable). Applications can also be made via e-Devlet through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).

10. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

11. Confirmation

By confirming the order by email, you accept that you are under an obligation to pay. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to you on a durable medium (email) before you pay, and your confirmation is recorded in writing.
