TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits and uses the LAUNCHONTOFI website (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This English text is an adaptation for international customers. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version (Kullanım Koşulları) prevails.

This information is provided as the mandatory service provider information under Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563.

What the Site offers

The Site presents and sells at a distance skateboards (maple decks and completes), plastic cruisers, longboards, scooters (trick and city models, including kids’ models), parts and merch, and offers trick videos, guides and community content.

Orders and sales

• Orders are placed with the message generated from the cart on the Site, via WhatsApp or by email to contact@launchontofi.com, or by phone on +90 212 671 04 12. Payment is made by bank transfer / EFT after the order has been confirmed.
• Orders placed in these ways are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form. For consumer orders, the Distance Sales Agreement prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
• Withdrawal, return and exchange rules are set out in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
• Prices, stock and campaigns may change without notice. Your order is concluded at the price shown on screen at the time of ordering.
• In case of an obvious pricing error (for example, a product shown far below its usual price due to a technical error), we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will inform you immediately and refund the full amount paid within 14 days at the latest; if you wish, you can buy the product at the correct price instead. This clause applies only to obvious pricing errors that anyone would notice.

Ordering by email and phone

When you click “Check out” in your cart, an email containing your order summary is prepared automatically; you can place your order by sending it to contact@launchontofi.com or by calling us on +90 212 671 04 12. Your rights under consumer law apply in the same way:

• Before you pay, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, completed with your order details, are sent to you by email (a durable medium).
• Your order becomes binding when you confirm by email that you have read and accepted these texts; we request payment only after this confirmation.
• For orders placed by phone, the same texts are sent by email and your confirmation is obtained in writing.

Orders can also be placed via WhatsApp (+90 212 671 04 12). For WhatsApp orders, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are also sent to the buyer by email or WhatsApp before payment and confirmed by the buyer.

Build Your Board

With the Build Your Board tool you can combine a deck, trucks, wheels, bearings and griptape.

• Images on screen are illustrative; colours and graphics may look different depending on your display.
• You can share your setup with a link. The shared link contains only product selections, not personal data.
• Boards prepared to your selections in Build Your Board may count as goods made to the consumer’s personal specifications under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, so the right of withdrawal may not apply to them. You will be told about this separately before ordering. Your rights regarding defective goods and assembly errors always remain. See the Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

Your obligations

When using the Site you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information that belongs to you,
• Not use the Site for unlawful purposes,
• Not compromise the security of the Site (automated scraping, unauthorised access attempts, uploading malware, etc.),
• Not share content that infringes the rights of others.

People under 18 should place orders through a parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual property

All content, including the LAUNCHONTOFI name, logo, deck graphics, photos, videos, texts and Site design, belongs to Remzi Muslu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. When sharing on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, please credit the source (for example with #launchontofi).

Safe riding

Skateboards, longboards, cruisers and scooters carry an inherent risk of falls and injury.

• We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards.
• Kids’ models should be used only under adult supervision.
• Read the instructions supplied with the product and our Safety & Sizing guide before riding.
• Follow traffic rules on public roads.

Trick School videos and guides are general information; choosing moves that suit your level is your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the Site available and error-free but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults or third-party services. We are not responsible for the content of third-party links (for example X).

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation, in particular your rights regarding defective goods and withdrawal.

Personal data and cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice (KVKK). Information about cookies is in our Cookie Policy; you can manage your choices via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Commercial electronic messages

Newsletters and campaign messages are sent only with your consent under Law No. 6563 and related regulation, and your consent is registered in the Message Management System (İYS). You can withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms in force at the time of ordering.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502. You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. Applications can be made at the consumer’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place; where required by law, mediation must be sought before filing a lawsuit. For users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.

We currently ship only within Turkey. Requests from abroad are assessed individually by email; these terms and Turkish law apply in that case too, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer’s country of residence.
