ORDERS

How do I order?

Add it to the cart and hit "Check out". Then order on WhatsApp (+90 212 671 04 12) or by email (contact@launchontofi.com): your cart arrives as a ready-made message. We confirm stock and shipping and send bank transfer details within 1 business day. You can also just call us.

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

For now we only ship within Türkiye, with our contracted couriers. Your order leaves us in 1–3 business days; completes and Build Your Board orders take 2–4 business days because we assemble and check them. After that it usually lands in 2–5 business days. Free shipping from ₺1,000, a flat ₺129 below that. Outside Türkiye? Email us and we'll sort it case by case (customs fees are on the buyer).

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer / EFT. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp or by email, we send you the payment details.

How do returns and exchanges work?

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Return shipping is on us: we give you a code for our contracted courier. The item has to be unused, grip tape not applied, in its packaging. You get your money back within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice. Helmets, pads and clothing can only go back in unopened packaging (hygiene). Wrong deck width or size? If it's unused, your first exchange within 14 days is free. Boards made to your choices in Build Your Board may not be covered by the right of withdrawal; defects and our mistakes are always fixed at our cost. Full details on the Returns & Exchanges page.

Is there a warranty? What if my deck snaps?

You get a 2-year statutory warranty on manufacturing defects. If something arrives faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, discount or refund (Consumer Law No. 6502, art. 11), and shipping is on us. Honest bit: a deck that snaps mid-trick, worn wheels, bearings and grip tape, crashes and wrong assembly aren't covered. That's just skating. Not sure? Send us photos and we'll look at it together.

How do I choose a skateboard?

Three questions: what do you want to do, where will you ride, what's your shoe size? Tricks and street: a classic popsicle (FIRLA). Ramps and bowls: a wider deck (UÇ). Small feet: a mini complete (ZIPLA). Just want to roll around? Cruiser or longboard. Still stuck? Take the Board Finder quiz — two minutes, one answer.

Complete board or build it from parts?

New to it? Go complete: it shows up assembled with parts that match, ready to roll. Know exactly what you want, or reusing trucks and wheels from an old board? Grab just the deck. Somewhere in between? Use Build Your Board to pick your deck, graphic and width.

Cruiser or longboard?

A cruiser (KAÇ 22″/27″) is small, light and fits under your arm — great for short city hops and the school run. A longboard (SÜZÜL, KIVRIL, OYNA) is longer and more stable — built for distance, carving and dancing. Carry it or cruise it? That's your pick.

What's the difference between a plastic cruiser and a wooden skateboard?

A plastic cruiser rolls comfortably on soft wheels, weighs next to nothing and shrugs off a bit of rain — but it isn't built for tricks. A maple-deck skateboard has pop: that's what you need for ollies, kickflips and ramp sessions.

What wood are the decks made of, and where?

Our decks are pressed from 7 plies of maple. Details like species and origin we only publish once we have them in writing from the source. We don't print what we can't back up.

What's a drop? Do sold-out graphics come back?

A drop is a limited run of graphics. When it's gone, it's usually gone; some favourites might come back in a new colourway, but no promises. Join the newsletter so you don't miss one.

SIZING

How do I choose deck width?

Go by shoe size and style. Roughly: EU 34 and under 7.0–7.25″, 35–38 7.5–7.75″, 39–42 8.0–8.25″, 43–45 8.25–8.5″, 46+ 8.5″ and up. Slightly narrower feels nicer for flip tricks on the street, slightly wider for ramps and bowls. Full chart on the Safety & Sizing page.

Which skateboard for my kid?

For small feet, the ZIPLA mini complete (7.0/7.25″) is a solid start: narrow deck, easy to control. Once their shoe size is past EU 35, they can move to standard widths. Helmet from day one — non-negotiable.

Which scooter for my kid?

For the school run and park laps: GEZ JR (ages 3–8, 95–130 cm), or GEZ 200 for bigger riders (12+, 150 cm+). For a ramp-curious kid, a trick scooter: SEK JR (ages 6–10, 115–145 cm) or SEK PRO (10+, 140 cm+). These are recommended ranges; bar height is what really matters: roughly waist height for city scooters, between waist and hip for trick scooters. In between sizes? Send us their height and we'll pick together.

Soft or hard wheels?

Soft wheels (around 78A–83A) soak up rough asphalt — for cruising and city rides. Hard wheels (around 95A–101A) slide and respond fast — for park and street tricks. Anything in between is a bit of both.

SAFETY

Do I really need a helmet?

Yes. Especially when you're starting out, for kids and for anything fast. It should sit snug: two fingers above the eyebrows, straps forming a V under the ears, one finger under the chin strap. Took a hard hit? Replace it, even if it looks fine.

Where should I ride on day one?

Somewhere flat, smooth and away from traffic: an empty basketball court, a quiet car-free path, an open square. No hills, no crowds. When you hit a skatepark, wait your turn and don't cut anyone's line — parks have their own etiquette.

I'm scared of falling. Is that normal?

Totally normal. Falling is part of it; what matters is how you fall. Get low, roll, and don't try to catch yourself with straight arms. Start with wrist guards and knee and elbow pads, and build confidence step by step.

Can I ride in the evening or at night?

Daylight is better if you can. If you do ride: white light up front, red at the back, bright or reflective clothes, and well-lit routes you already know. Gravel and cracks are much harder to spot after dark.
